Big picture: The client has just finished a large project with a team of staff that is scattered on different continents. They want to put together a memorable gift to the staff that would encourage and thank their team members.

Our process: Our client is a tech company specialization in internet security and authentication. After completing a large project, they wanted to say THANK YOU to their staff for the hard work done, and to rally some company spirits at the next company meeting. The challenge is that their staff is located in the US, South America, Europe and Australia. Their executive assistant was having trouble figuring out the logistics of shipping items overseas and the thought of packing so many boxes for shipping seems daunting. 

When the client came to us they knew they wanted something that is long-lasting and premium. A premium branded item seems to be best choice for this project. They finally decided on a Patagonia Micropuff hoodie jacket. It is time-less, high quality and reflects their brand value perfectly. We paired it with a Bella Canvas short sleeve unisex t-shirt as a set.

To make it extra special, we suggested the client to include a card with a special message. Whenever we work on a gift set project we always advise client to include a message on a card, whether it is for employee appreciation, saying hello, welcoming a new member aboard, or sharing new product launch. We package the custom Patagonia jacket gift set in a sleek matte black mailer box that is ready for shipping. 

When it is time for shipping, the client supplied a spreadsheet of addresses with sizes for each employee. We divided up the shipments into domestic and international shipments. International shipments require more paperwork, and based on the country, the process can be slightly different. Once everything is shipped we send back a spreadsheet of tracking numbers for the client as reference.

Campaign Success: We delivered a promotional gift that was very high quality and well crafted. The delivery of the gift sets was smooth even for the international shipments. Not only was the team thrilled with the quality of the jacket and the sleek logo design, the client was very pleased with our attention to detail in every step of the way.
