Dylan suggests to show your value, and stop hiding behind low prices. It is easy to lower pricing to attract more customers, but a business might back itself into a corner and not be able to find the ideal customer they are looking for.
We shouldn’t market to everyone but to find ideal clients and narrowing marketing focus is a must. Businesses should understand that not everyone will be a good client for their product/service. The business needs to understand and identify its clients and make an effort to market to those clients. One way to find the target market is what problems can your business solve to those ideal customers? Can your business offer unique solutions to solve their problems or pain?
Finding the ideal customers for your business
It is as simple as giving your current customers a call. Find out why they purchased from you and the reasons they chose the specific products/services. Then, use those answers to reach out for prospective customers who might have similar problems, and find those values your company has that will help them.
